I’ll try to make this succinct and to the point. A year ago I wrote an article that I posted on Ezinearticle, so far so good. Doing link analysis on a competitor, I see that he, or whoever he hired to do SEO for him, is posting my article on a variety of places (i.e. wallinside dot com, blogster dot com) and obviously pointing those links back to his site. Although those individual posts have no links pointing to it and the content is obviously duplicate so the PR is n/a, but OSE shows the Page Authority to be fairly good (mid 40’s to mid 50’s). So my question, should I be worried/concerned that he’s using my content to get links (although they may be low quality links) or should I just let it go?

And for the sake of clarity and verification, you can view the original post here and the duplicate here and more here. How can such low-quality pages have good Page Authority?
