Hello everyone! It’s been a while! We’ve been swamped with Fusion, World of Dance, All Cal and Fusion, and we would like to thank everyone for their love and support! Special shoutouts to our alumni ChAOS and Heist & Co.!! We have a huge event coming up this Thursday, May 14, presented by Prodigy Entertainment, PicMember and your very own CADC, called “EPIC SPRING PARTY!” We’ll be performing that night and we’ll also be celebrating our alumna Kym Bisnar’s birthday! There’s to be over 1000 guests, so come to Ring Road to get your tickets from our booth all throughout next week! Howdy! Hope everyone’s been doing well!
DC’s got two performances this week:
The first is on Tuesday, February 10 at the UC Irvine Campus in the Student Center, Pacific Ballroom C. It’s the UCI Make-A-Wish Foundation’s first benefit!
There will be multiple FASHION SHOW segments brought to you by UCI students, showcasing the latest trends of casual and hip-hop attire for guys and girls that you can wear from local boutiques such as:
- The Closet @ Irvine Spectrum
- Randy Boutique in Laguna Beach
- Diane’s Clothing in Corona Del Mar
- Cookie Lee Jewelry (A sales representative will be present! So bring money to buy jewelry and 40% of proceeds will go to Make-A-Wish Foundation!)
MCIA, BBoys Anonymous, Circle of Fifths are also performing, so please come support Make-A-Wish and bring your friends to enjoy the show!! =D It’s for a GREAT CAUSE!!
Doors open @ 5:45. // Tickets are $5 presale and $7 at the door //Tickets will be sold on Ring Road in front of the Cross Cultural Center.
The second performance is our clubbing performance at Level 3 in Hollywood on Thursday, February 12!
There will also be performances by Supreme Soul (ABDC 2), SoReal Cru (ABDC 2) and special appereances by Team Millenia (ABDC 3) and Super Cr3w (ABDC 2).
Our Alumni, Sabiy, will also be dancing that night! Presale tickets are $12, or you can print the coupon at the top of the flyer below to get in for $10 before 10:30pm or $5 off after 10:30pm.
So the DC website has been down for a while (a while = a couple of years) but we’ve finally decided to resurrect it for the new team and the new year, hurrah! It’s still in the works, however, so please bear with us as we slowly start to get it back up. Big ups to our alumnus Sean Hsieh (aka Shoshee) for taking the time, effort and energy to help us get our site up and running again. He’s also the co-founder of That’s Fresh (http://www.thatsfresh.com), a dance community weblog that’s constantly being updated with news and different events occurring throughout the community/circuit, so definitely check that out!
While we’re at it, we would also like to thank all our alumni, family and friends for their love and support prior to and at Vibe XIV, as well as give a shout-out to all the other teams that performed that night. I think it would be an understatement to say that everyone brought it… hard! And it is most definitely an honor for us to be a part of such an amazing community of dancers.

Also, if you’ve noticed, our extended family members, Heist & Co., are responsible for both our freshhh Prelude 5 and Vibe XIV performance attire. They’ve actually recently landed a collaboration project with Karmaloop.com and have created a special, limited edition shirt that is set to release on February 1; yes, the shirts are dope, but that also means that they’re going to sell fast! So be sure to get one (or two…. or three, four or more!) before they’re all gone!
